Multi-language status pages & reports

Your Portuguese sales team reads the page in Português while London leadership reads the same numbers in English — same status, same data, zero translation work on your side.

Why you need it

A status page that only speaks English is a status page that half your audience squints at. StatusPulse ships every public surface in six locales out of the box — no translation vendor, no separate pages to keep in sync.

  • Six languages, on every page. English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, and German — every visitor picks their language from the footer and the choice persists.
  • Reports in the reader's language. Each PDF report subscription carries its own locale, so the same status page can ship in English to your global VP and in French to your Paris ops team — same data, same charts.
  • Alert emails follow the recipient. The language captured at subscribe time drives the subject, body, and confirmation email — your subscribers get the outage notice in a language they actually read.
  • Set the default per page. Pick the starting language on each status page — English for a global ICP, Portuguese for a Brazil-only product, German for a DACH SaaS.
  • Your words stay your words. Incident titles, update bodies, probe names — never auto-translated. You control the message; we translate the chrome.

Where it pays off

Multi-language is on by default — it shines when:

  • You sell into multiple regions. One status page reaches French, German, and Italian customers in their own languages — no triplicate pages to maintain.
  • Your audience isn't English-first. Brazilian, Iberian, French, Italian, and German operators get a page that doesn't read as "translated by an engineer on a Friday".
  • Reports cross borders. Your monthly PDF lands in São Paulo in Portuguese and in Berlin in German, generated from the same probes.
  • Compliance frames the page. GDPR / LGPD disclosures read more credibly to a regulator in the language of the jurisdiction.

Not the right tool when: you need your own incident titles and update bodies machine-translated — StatusPulse deliberately leaves operator-authored text alone. Bring your own translator for the message bodies if you need them in more than one language.
